Creative Reflections: Visual Journaling For Anxiety, Stress and Worry Relief
Visual journaling is a tool for creating art as a means of self-expression, exploration and healing. Therapeutic art can help uncover and develop internal resources that empower an individual and encourage them to look within to gain the clarity and insight that supports emotional healing. Throughoutthe process participants learn to understand and manage their triggers and reactions that may cause
stress or symptoms of anxiety and depression.
